For sellers

• You must be approved before listing, and comply with all applicable laws for your items
• Respond to offers promptly; no spam, harassment, or high-pressure tactics
• List only items you own and may legally sell; no counterfeit or stolen goods
• We may suspend accounts for policy violations

Platform rules

• No fraudulent listings or fake offers
• Do not scrape or copy our marketplace data

Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas; disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas.
